使用方法

稱取本品干粉38g，加入蒸餾水或去離子水1L，并加入10mL甘油，攪拌加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝試管，每管5mL，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘后，取出，冷卻培養(yǎng)基，制成斜面。
